JSTL Add-On Module 1.0 for LiteWebServer (LWS) 3.0 Release Notes

This is the first release of the JSTL Add-On Module for LWS 3.0.
It consists of the subset of JAR files from Apache's Jakarta Taglibs
Standard tag library (version 1.0.3) needed to enable JSTL 1.0
support for LWS web applications.
